3.1 Account Security

4.2 Deposit Processing

These are target processing times and are not guaranteed. jl677 shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment providers, bank processing times, or network congestion.
4.5 Currency
All transactions on the jl677 platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise explicitly stated for specific payment methods such as USDT, for which conversion to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction will be applied.
5.1 General Bonus Terms
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by jl677 are subject to specific terms and conditions attached to each promotion. By claiming any bonus, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted the applicable promotion-specific terms. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these General Terms and Conditions, the promotion-specific term shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.
5.2 Wagering Requirements

6.1 Finality of Results

In the case of RNG-based games, the result is determined by the certified random number generation system. In the event of a technical malfunction that interrupts a game before its natural conclusion, jl677 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the player's real money balance.

12.1 Termination by jl677
jl677 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account, restrict your access to the platform, or void any pending transactions at any time and without prior notice if jl677 reasonably determines that: (a) you have violated any provision of these Terms and Conditions; (b) you have engaged in fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal conduct; (c) your continued use of the platform poses a risk to jl677, other players, or jl677's regulatory compliance; (d) jl677 is required to do so by PAGCOR or any other competent authority; or (e) jl677 ceases to operate the platform for any reason.
12.2 Voluntary Account Closure
You may request the closure of your jl677 account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon voluntary account closure, any real money balance remaining in your account will be refunded to your verified withdrawal method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to the completion of all required KYC and AML checks. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

When material changes are made, jl677 will provide notice by: (a) posting the updated Terms on jl677.app/terms-conditions with a revised effective date; and (b) sending a notification to the mobile number registered to your jl677 account.
Your continued use of the jl677 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.
